Anita Sanchez is renowned for her strategic insights, creative intervention designs and delivery, as well as her skill at bringing together the wisdom in the heads and the hearts of individuals and their organizations. Anita is a facilitator and consultant in organization development and societal change for non-profit, business, government, education, local, national and international organizations. Since 1976, her work has specialized in facility individual and large systems change, the development of cultures of dignity and respect that will sustain life using large systems change methods, strategic planning, coaching, leadership development and team building, global diversity and inclusion workplace strategies and initiatives, and transforming conflict.
Her passion for healthy communities, balance and connection between people, spirit and earth, continues to grow. She is our own Colorado, first Hispanic woman, student body tri-Executive at the University of Colorado from 1974to 1975. A major part of her current volunteer service to community is in facilitating the Awakening the Dreamer, Changing the Dream Symposium, training new ATD facilitators, as well as co-chair of the World Initiative team to develop an inclusive world version of the Symposium to bring forth environmental sustainability, spiritual fulfillment and social justice as the guiding principle of our time. She lives in the mountains outside of Boulder, Colorado with her husband and two sons.
Anita has served two terms as a United States Delegate to the World Council of YWCAs. In her World Council role, Anita facilitated visioning the future, peace and development, conflict management programs and training sessions for women from 83 different countries. Anita also served as a member and Chair of the Colorado State Board of Community Colleges and Occupational Education.
Anita's masters in policy analysis and financial administration and her doctorate in organization development are from the University of Colorado. She is a member of the National Training Laboratory (NTL), and a member of Associated Consultants International, where she conducts peer review panels. for organization development consultants in the Rocky Mountain region.

CHRISTOPHER (KIT) TENNIS, Ph.D.
Dr. Kit Tennis has dedicated 37 years to managing and consulting to business, government, academic and nonprofit organizations. Over that time, he has developed a consulting philosophy that blends practical realism with a compassionate commitment to building effective, ethical, and inspired high performance teams and organizations. Kit focuses on enhancing the management and life skills of organization members and broadening the competencies and perspectives organizations need to successfully face the challenges of a rapidly changing environment. Kit’s highly skilled, insightful facilitation and training embodies his lively, engaging style and his trust in the innate genius of everyone he meets. His most contemporary work concentrates on leadership development, global diversity and inclusion, appreciative inquiry, team building, strategic planning, organizational cultural renewal, large systems change strategies, and the intersection of environmental sustainability, social justice and healthy human spirit.
Kit's broad experience grounds his expertise and insight into team and organizational work life. In addition to 25 years of domestic and international consulting practice, he has administered governmental social service delivery systems, served as a municipal personnel director, managed academic service programs, and developed successful nonprofit human service organizations During a stint as a popular business professor of organizational behavior, human resources, and international/ cross-cultural management, Kit was a founding Senior Associate of the Colorado World Trade Center. Kit has been a long-term member of the professional peer review panel of Associated Consultants International, verifying the competency of internal and external organization consultants in the Mountain States region.

Kit is actively engaged in the national meetings of the Academy of Management and provides professional development training to consultants, trainers and facilitators around the globe. He volunteers as a facilitator training leader and member of the global leadership team of The Pachamama Alliance, generating societal change initiatives spanning 45 countries. Kit's doctorate in organization development is from the Leeds Business School of the University of Colorado, where his dissertation and several subsequent publications addressed the connection between organizational climate and workplace burnout in the U.S. and other cultures. Two of his most recent publications are “U.S. Experience in Managing Diversity: A Consulting View” in Diversity Management e Societa Multiculturale: Teorie e Prassi, Milan, Italy: FrancoAngeli, (2004) and "Discovering Your Positive Core: A Leader’s Guide", Sanchez Tennis & Associates, (2009) He lives in the mountains outside Boulder, Colorado with his life and business partner, Anita Sanchez, and their two teen sons.
Dr. Helen Turnbull has 30 years of experience assisting businesses in enhancing organizational capabilities. As a practiced Organizational Development consultant, Dr. Turnbull assists clients in developing a full range of organizational development consulting services including strategic planning; diversity and multicultural change management, training, leadership development; executive coaching; team building; performance management; communication systems; and merging of organizational cultures. She has an in depth knowledge of working with women on gender oppression. Her dissertation research was focused on the internalized oppression of women across cultures.
Dr. Turnbull's extensive experience includes working with Blue Chip clients such as Texas Instruments, Raytheon, J.P. Morgan Chase, Motorola, Hewlett Packard, A.T. & T., Lucent Technologies, IBM, American Express, Citigroup Europe, among others. Dr. Turnbull made major contributions in assisting Texas Instruments to win the Catalyst Award and was instrumental in helping both J. P. Morgan Chase and Citigroup Europe win the prestigious Opportunity Now Award and Business in the Community Awards in 2001 and 2002. She has also developed online assessment tools which provide clients with behavioral metrics for individuals and organizations.
In addition to her doctorate in Human and Organizational Systems, Helen has two Masters Degrees; one in Industrial Psychology and Mental Health Counseling and a second in Human and Organizational systems. She received her undergraduate degree in Sociology and Psychology and is a member of a number of significant professional organizations such as Academy of Management, American Psychological Association and the American Sociological Association. She is a founding member of New Ethics for the Human Spirit at www.ethicaltransformation.com and is the author of "Village of Illusions" and an upcoming non fiction book, "Looking through the Liking Glass". She is also a member of the National Speakers Association and an accomplished keynote speaker.
Claire Tse is a master diversity management and leadership development instructor. She uses twenty years of corporate America experiences as the platform to bring life to consulting deliverables. Claire received her Behavioral Psychology degree from Barnard College, Columbia University. Her Masters of General Administration focuses on business outcomes using leadership principles with strategic planning.
Her workshops concentrate on linking the dynamics of diversity initiatives to business objectives. Elements of communication, conflict resolution, group efficiencies and diversity dynamics are included in all programs as part of the behavior modification process. Workshop designs are grounded in creating a respectful classroom environment while problem solving difficult situations. Participants are guided through learning objectives using small group activities.
Claire's clients range from Fortune 500 corporations to federal and state government agencies, as well as non-profit organizations nationwide. The prime objective of her presentations is to acknowledge the existence of personal biases and assumptions as the starting point. Once the stage is set, she works with all levels of employees through executives to discover strategies that will enhance workplace performance while recognizing personal biases that may hinder forward progress.
In addition to diversity, Claire collaborates with clients to discover leadership strategies using polarity management theories. By learning how leaders need to handle multiple, simultaneous demands put on them helps participants to find flexibility in thinking. She guides participants through the process of understanding the strength of free will and its impact on outcomes.
While an employee in corporate America, Claire was active in establishing and updating coaching, mentoring and career path processes for women and people of color. Her experience in leading a national task force operation and numerous domestic program rollouts contributes to her ability to handle program logistics. She is active in Chinese-American political projects in the metropolitan Washington, DC area.
Claire's high-energy style, combined with her unique life experiences, makes her a natural catalyst for positive learning.
